Adeola Ibiyeye is the CEO and founder of Lasera Global Limited and has over 10 years of experience in operations, project management, and information security with a proven track record of driving business efficiency and implementing advanced security measures. He is an expert in strategic planning, business continuity, and cybersecurity and has a history of leading teams to success across various sectors. Adeola is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity amongst other certifications. He is the driving force and visioner behind Lasera Global Limited.

Oyinkan is a strong communicator with over years of experience leading strategic communications projects across the health, charity, financial, and creative sectors. Proficient in planning and creating content for European, American, and African audiences. Runs a successful communications agency, developing persuasive narratives to influence public perceptions. Skilled in crafting impactful speeches, scripts, op-eds, fact sheets, social media content, and other written materials for senior executives to meet organizational goals and engage the public.
